FIELD: fluid medium oscillators. SUBSTANCE: fluid medium oscillator is symmetrical relative to longitudinal plane of symmetry; it is provided with hole for delivery of fluid medium to oscillation chamber in form of two-dimensional jet oscillating in transversal direction relative to plane of symmetry; provision is made for obstacle occupying main volume of oscillation chamber and having frontal wall with recess located opposite inlet hole; it is washed by oscillating jet of fluid medium. Two walls provided on both sides from hole form nozzle inside oscillation chamber whose size in longitudinal direction is lesser than distance between hole and frontal wall of obstacle and edge of these walls is not close to recess.
