PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply conduct waterproofing works in a short time by using a fiber-reinforced resin material. SOLUTION: A covering layer 6 is formed on a concrete backing surface 4 by the fiber-reinforced resin material (FRP) composed of a photo-setting type resin such as an ultraviolet curing type resin, the covering layer 6 is irradiated with rays such as ultraviolet rays by black lights 8 or the like from an upper section, the photo-setting type resin is cured and a waterproof layer consisting of the fiber-reinforced resin material is formed. The fiber-reinforced resin material is molded previously in a sheet shape in one example form, and laid on a surface to be waterproofed and photo-set. The sheet is constituted of a lower layer as the waterproof layer and an upper layer as a corrosion-proof layer in one example form. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
