PURPOSE: A device for compressing can wastes is provided to easily draw compressed can wastes by raising the can wastes, and to prevent explosion by perforating pressure containers in advance. CONSTITUTION: A frame unit(10) has a frame(16) installed at the upper part of a base(12) and having a cover plate(14). A compressing unit(30) includes a hydraulic cylinder(32) installed at one side of the frame, and a compressing plate connected to the end of a cylinder rod and compressing can wastes. An adjusting unit(50) includes a hydraulic unit(52) installed between the frame and the base, and an adjusting lever(56) for adjusting the compressing plate. A perforation unit(70) is installed at the front of the frame, and perforates pressure containers. A drawing unit is installed at the other side of the frame, and raises the compressed can wastes. A guide unit(90) is installed at the side surface of the compressing plate to pass through the frame, and indicates the operation state of the compressing plate.
