PURPOSE: An optical recording medium with a copy-preventing function is provided to prevent illegal copy by manipulating control information of a lead-in region. CONSTITUTION: A contents session has contents information reproduced by a reproducing-only reading device. The first and the second auxiliary sessions(102,104) are added to prevent a copy by a copying function-combined reading device. The contents session includes control information for inducing control of the copying function-combined reading device to the first auxiliary session in a predetermined region. The first auxiliary session includes control information for inducing the control of the copying function-combined reading device to the second auxiliary session in the predetermined region. The second auxiliary session includes control information for inducing the control of the copying function-combined reading device to the first auxiliary session in the predetermined region.
