PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the facilitation of the execution of works by precasting in the execution of works of a non-vertical concrete pole. SOLUTION: The lower-end joint surface 11b of a pole body 11 composed of precast concrete is inclined to a plane orthogonal in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of sleeve joints 14 are buried into a recessed section 11c formed to the joint surface 11b. In each sleeve joint 14, axial centers run approximately parallel in the longitudinal direction of the pole body 11, and lower ends are exposed from the base of the recessed section 11c on the same plane orthogonal in the longitudinal direction of the pole body 11. The precast concrete pole 1 is joined with an existing structure 2 in such a manner that the pole 1 is hung down on the existing structure 2 so as to be guided in a posture inclined at approximately the same angle of inclinationθas the angle of inclination of the joint surface 11b to the plane orthogonal in the longitudinal direction by a guide 3 and the pole 1 is erected while insertion joints 25a projected from the structure 2 at the angle of inclinationθis inserted into the sleeve joints 14.
