PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a device, which improves the element characteristics by improving the wettability of a charge transport layer using nanoparticles containing a transition metal.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a device having more than one opposite electrodes on a substrate, and a charge transport layer containing transition metal-containing nano-particles arranged between two electrodes, has a step of preparing a charge transport layer formation ink containing transition metal-containing nano-particles containing at least one of a transition metal and a transition metal compound, where a protective agent having a boiling point of 350°C or less at 1013.25 hPa is adhering to the surface, and a solvent, a step of coating some layer on the electrode with the charge transport layer formation ink, and then depositing by heating and removing the solvent, and a step of forming a charge transport layer by hot-pressing the deposited film under conditions of vaporizing the protective agent, before an arbitrary layer is laminated on the deposited film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
