PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which film thickness unevenness of an intermediate layer due to liquid sag in application of coating liquid for intermediate layer is suppressed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes the steps of: forming a coating film by applying coating liquid for intermediate layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor containing at least one compound as crosslinking agent, selected from a group consisting of a phenolic compound, an isocyanate compound and an amine compound, a compound having a group capable of reacting with the crosslinking agent, and an organic solvent; and forming the intermediate layer by heating and drying the coating film. The coating liquid for intermediate layer further contains a specific amount of water.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
