PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use effectively position information which a user records while the user spontaneously records the position information. SOLUTION: When user's input data such as voice data and image data are registered, a data processor 17 makes the input data correspond to a present base station code stored in a position information file 12, and registers the input data in a data information file 18. When the base station code is received, the data processor 17 extracts the user's input data such as the voice data and the image data which are registered corresponding to the base station code. When the extracted user's input data are voice data, the data processor 17 regenerates speech and outputs it from a speaker.
