PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural film excellent not only in tear strength and tensile elongation but also in physical properties (strength and impact resistance) at a low temperature, visual appearance, light transmittance and processing characteristics. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride resin film for agriculture is obtained from a composition prepared by blending 40-60 pts.wt. of a plasticizer with 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin which has an average degree of polymerization of 1,550 or higher and lower than 1,650, and has the relational expression of 1.9≤Mw/Mn≤2.3 between the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) and the number-average molecular weight (Mn). The obtained film with a thickness of 0.1 mm has: (a) an impact strength at -15°C of 0.5 J or higher; (b) an Elmendorf tear strength at 23°C of 7.5 N or higher; and (c) a tensile elongation at break of 300% or greater.
