PURPOSE:To produce easily the molded product with inserted parts capable of freely sliding by taking out the product before it is set by cooling and then cooling it rapidly, after synthetic resin has been injected into a cavity part, while fixing the inserted parts into a mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:Inserted parts are fixed into the cavity of a metal mold in which the inserted parts may be fixed into the cavity, while leaving the cavity part being able to be filled with synthetic resin. The synthetic resin is injected into the cavity part formed in the mold and coats the inserted parts leaving one part thereof. Next, before the synthetic resin is set by cooling, the molded product is removed from the metal mold and cooled rapidly. Thus, the molded product may be obtained. The molded product is removed from the mold at the temperature of 50 deg.C or higher and preferably 60 deg.C or higher. The rapidly cooling condition of the molded product is that the product is forcedly cooled rapidly, while dipping the product into the cold water of the temperature of 10 deg.C or lower and preferably 5 deg.C or lower. The synthetic resin is desirable to be injected by an injection molding process.
