FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible electrically conductive member having one end provided with a member for joining a connecting wire and a lock. The device has flat spring, cylindrical bushing having external bead and body having cylindrical cavity and central rod. One of ends of flat spiral spring is fixed on the central rod and the other one on the internal surface of the cylindrical bushing. The bushing is rotatably mounted in the cylindrical cavity allowing rotation about cylindrical cavity axis. The second end of the flexible electrically conductive member is fixed on the external surface of the cylindrical bushing. The flexible electrically conductive member is wound over the bushing surface with winding direction being the same as one of the flat spiral spring. Clamping member for receiving lock is available on the outer side. EFFECT: controlled skin surface area embraced by the device. 4 cl, 5 dwg
