<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively producing paper gloves having flexibility and air permeability, facilitating working operation, causing no mustiness on wearer's hands, and having no fear of being caught into a rotating cutter or the like and thereby extremely safely usable. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing paper gloves comprises using a water-permeable mold 1 where a glove molding chamber 4 is formed between a fixed inner die 2 and a movable outer die 3 making it possible to change a clearance S to the fixed inner die 2, supplying pulp slurry PS to the glove molding chamber 4 set while making the clearance S relatively wide followed by moving the movable outer die 3 so as to narrow the clearance S to the fixed inner die 2, pressurizing the pulp slurry PS in the glove molding chamber 4, and simultaneously discharging moisture in the slurry via the dies 2, 3 to mold a paper glove made of pulp fibers in the glove molding chamber 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
