<p>The benzylaminopiperidines are used for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, central nervous system disorders, inflammatory diseases, vomiting, lack of urine detention, pains, migraine, sunburns, diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori and disorders and unfavourable conditions or angiogenesis. They have the formula where R is halogen-C1-C8-alkyl, halogen-C2-C8-alkenyl, halogen-C2-C8-alkynyl or halogen-C1-C8 alkyl, substituted by hydroxy or C1-C8 alkoxy, R1 is hydrogen, halogen or C1-C6 alkoxy, or R & R1 together with the two carbon atoms dividing the benzene ring and substitutents R & R1 form condensated C4-C6 cycloalkyl in which one carbon atom is optionally substituted by oxygen and where one or two of the carbon atoms are optionally substituted by up to five substitutents selected from halogen, C1-C6 alkyl and halogen-C1-C6-alkyl, X is C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen-C1-C6-alkoxy, phenoxy or halogen and Ar is phenyl, optionally substituted by halogen.
