PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately provide information on user's destination without requiring a user to do complex operations. SOLUTION: In a car navigator 1, a positional information detecting means 11 detects positional information of a car by a GPS or the like. A movement information history of the car obtained on the basis of the detected positional information is accumulated in a movement information history means 15. When a behavior prediction means 17 detects an event such as a start of an engine, the means 17 predicts a destination of the car by referring to a driving route to a present position and the movement information history accumulated. An information acquiring means 18 acquires traffic information and commercial information in the predicted destination from a server 2.
