PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of easily and efficiently removing the stain attached to a plate. SOLUTION: A heat generating part 3 is formed at least on a part opposite to a heating means 1 of the plate 2 to heat the plate 2, and a detergent applied or dropped on the plate to remove the stain, is heated by the heat, whereby the effect of the detergent can be maximized, and the stain can be easily removed.
