PURPOSE: A multi-layered sheet is provided to enhance the UV resistance, scratch resistance and impact resistance by binding PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate) having the excellent UV resistance and scratch resistance and ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) having the good impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered sheet(10) for a soundproof wall having the excellent UV resistance and impact resistance comprises PMMA resin layer(1), ABS resin layer(2) and PMMA resin layer(1) formed in order. The preparation method comprises the steps of: laminating PMMA/ABS/PMMA in order by supplying the PMMA and ABS resins using the extruder keeping the temperature not lower than m.p. of each resin; and processing the resin layers into a sheet form in a die to produce the multi-layered sheet.
