PURPOSE: A support structure for getter assembly of CRT is provided to maintain a fixed position of a getter ring having a barium in a getter assembly unit though a cathode ray tube is moved during a fabrication process. CONSTITUTION: A support structure for getter assembly of CRT comprises a panel having a fluorescent substance screen inside, a funnel(20) encapsulated with a vacuum state in the panel, an anode button arranged at the funnel and applying a high voltage, a getter ring(83) arranged at a pin of the anode button exposed inside the funnel and having a barium(85), and a supporting plate(84) located below the getter ring. An inner surface of the funnel arranged at the supporting plate has a fixed position supporting device(110).
