PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce traffic at a transfer destination terminal by restricting a network load caused by download immediately after an available date and time of a mass content. SOLUTION: In a content transfer originating terminal 4, an enciphered content is divided into enciphered data and a decoding key which are stored in a relation with the available date of the content. The divided enciphered data are down-loaded from the transfer originating terminal 4 to the transfer destination terminal 1 through a network immediately before the available date of the content. The transfer destination terminal 1 sends a down-load request after the available date of the content, and the enciphered data are decoded after the available date of the content. Then, the traffic from the transfer originating terminal 4 to the transfer destination terminal 1 immediately after the available date of the content can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
