PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish reliability in an authentication and security system on the Internet. SOLUTION: A program for simultaneously solving not only security on the server management side on the Internet but also security on the participant user side is once packaged not to require particular maintenance costs in addition to the initial investment, such that perfect management is made possible. Further, a present status of user's own personal information remained in a server and every movement is immediately reported to a general user who is to take part in or to be registered in a site, thereby to make possible most reliable site management.
