PURPOSE: A friction clutch is provided to prevent wear of the clutch disk, and to extend the life span of the clutch by reducing separation load of the clutch with a spring, mounting the diaphragm spring between the housing and the pressure plate and inclining the pressure plate to the clutch disk with the diaphragm spring. CONSTITUTION: A friction clutch(1) is composed of a pressure plate and a housing(2). The pressure plate is axially displaced and connected to the housing without rotation. A diaphragm spring receives axial tension between the pressure plate and the housing, rotates around a ring-shaped rotation bearing supported by the housing, and inclines the pressure plate against a counter pressure plate. The counter pressure plate is fastened to the housing by a fixing screw, and a friction lining of a clutch disk is fixed to the friction surface of the pressure plate and the counter pressure plate. A leaf spring(9) is arranged circumferentially or tangentially, and the pressure plate is fixed to the housing by the leaf spring. Torque of a lining suspension is increased slowly in connecting the friction clutch. |
