PURPOSE: A vinyl cutting apparatus is provided to shorten the working time and achieve improved working efficiency by accurately cutting the packing vinyl without causing defects. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl cutting apparatus comprises a first drum(130) arranged over a servo motor(110) which is mounted in the lower portion of a frame(100) so as to transfer a vinyl(V) at a high speed, wherein the first drum rotates by the power transmitted from the servo motor; a first idle roller(150) arranged in front of the first drum, which contacts or is spaced apart from the first drum by the operation of a first cylinder(140) during the high speed transfer of the vinyl; a blade(170) arranged over the first idle roller, which operates by a second cylinder(160) so as to cut the vinyl; a vinyl fixing bar mounted on the blade, which operates by a third cylinder(180) so as to hold the vinyl while the vinyl is being cut; a vinyl guide member arranged in front of the vinyl fixing bar, which tightly contacts or is spaced apart from the vinyl fixing bar; a second drum(260) arranged over an air spray(230), which rotates by the operation of an electronic clutch and brake(240); a second idle roller(270) arranged in front of the second drum, which contacts or is spaced apart from the second drum by the operation of a fifth cylinder(280); and an entrance guide member arranged on the second idle roller, which guides the vinyl toward an entrance for packing a product(A).
