PURPOSE: A TFT substrate is provided to dispose gate signal transmission lines that cross gate lines on an LCD panel, and to remove gate pads of a non-display area of the LCD panel and a gate PCB, thereby preventing an LOG(Line On Glass)-type gate signal from being delayed and reducing size of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: A TFT is located in a crossed part of data lines and gate lines. A vertical gate signal transmission line(214) is connected to the horizontal gate lines by being overlapped with the data lines. A pixel electrode(230) is connected to a drain electrode of the TFT. A gate electrode(250) is protruded from the gate lines on a substrate. The first gate insulating film is formed on the substrate. The gate signal transmission line(214) is formed on a TFT area of the substrate. A gate pad electrode(226) is formed on a data pad area of the substrate.
