PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate fluid pressure pulsation generated in fluid fed by a diaphragm pump or the like. SOLUTION: An inflow port (2) and an outflow port (3) are provided to a sealed vessel body (1). The inflow port (2) supplies fluid into the vessel body (1) so that fluid is revolved along an inner periphery of the vessel body (1). In the vessel body (1), an air layer (5) and a fluid layer (4) are formed at a volume ratio of about 4:6. The pressure of the air layer (5) is brought to about 0-0.1MPa, preferably 0.02-0.075MPa. The fluid pressure pulsation is absorbed in the air layer (5). The fluid passes through the outflow port (3) from the lower part of the fluid layer (4).
