PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor security lamp of which description of management signs is insusceptible to aging and of which the management sign is recognizable even at night. SOLUTION: In this outdoor installation type security lamp 10 having an electric lamp 11, a control section for the lamp and a translucent cover covering the lamp 11, a translucent sheet 14 with the management sign recognizable from outside described is placed inside the translucent cover 13. The translucent sheet 14 can be adhered to inside of the translucent cover 13 using an adhesive, or can be held and fixed on inside of the translucent cover 13 by latching means 15.
