PURPOSE: A far-infrared radiating plate for packing box and indoor wall material is provided to manufacture plate for packing box maintaining the freshness of contents despite of long-term storage and to manufacture plate for being built in room radiating far infrared having various beneficial effects, especially being beneficial to human body. CONSTITUTION: The far-infrared radiating plate for packing box includes; an inner layer(2); an outer layer(3); a built-in inner layer; and a built-in outer layer; wherein a built-in damping plate(4) or a cylindrical damping tube is inserted between the built-in inner layer and the built-in outer layer, and thus bonded to each other, wherein a natural bonding agent mixed and shaken with powder composed of natural aluminum silicate, or 30% loess, 30T illite, 20% seresite, and 20% charcoal forms a radiator(6) radiating far infrared and having absorbing, deodorizing and antibacterial functions, and wherein the radiator(6) is coated or injected in the bent damping plate(4) or the cylindrical damping tube.
