PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying an assembling process, and to fix a protective element at a predetermined position, as to a battery pack. SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with a unit cell 3, a terminal base 5 to fix an output terminal 6 electrically connected to the unit cell 3, and the protective element 1 electrically connected between the unit cell 3 and the output terminal 6. The protective element 1 has both faces disposed side by side as terminal faces 7. As for the protective element 1, a terminal lead 2 is connected only to a first terminal face 7A, and a second terminal face 7B is directly fixed to the terminal base 5 without connecting the terminal lead to it.
