FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves using sodium chloride as dry aerosol having particle size of 0.5-20 mcm. Sodium chloride is introduced into the vagina daily by means of special-purpose gynecological speculum. The gynecological speculum according to the first embodiment has elongated body composed of rings interconnected with rods. The first of the rings has centrally fixed tube, having means for making connection to working medium source. The second one is attached to rods ends. The gynecological speculum has at least two additional rings mounted between the first and the second ring and working medium source. The working medium source has dispersing chamber with power supply source, air consumption booster and air valves. The first of the valves is connected to filter and the second one is connected to means for making connection to working medium source. The rods have longitudinal through cavities for supplying liquid medicament. The second ring has base having bowl-shaped head and through holes. The speculum according to the second embodiment has tube connected to elongated body by means of a ring and is longitudinally movable. The elongated body has flexible cylinder and longitudinal grooves with through holes or transverse grooves with through holes. The speculum according to the third embodiment has hollow body composed of elongated plates. Plate ends are interconnected with a ring. The ring has tube. The tube is movable in longitudinal direction and centrally fixed. It has means for making connection to working medium source. The elongated plates are interconnected to a ring allowing bending, have end balls and surfaces narrowing when approaching the balls. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. ^ 11 cl, 5 dwg |
