PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an electrooptic panel, a method for fabricating an electronic device, an electrooptic panel, an electrooptic device, and an electronic device are provided to prevent the deterioration of speed of coating materials for forming functional layers when the functional layers are formed. CONSTITUTION: A liquid-drop discharging unit having nozzles(54) arranged in one direction jets a material for forming a functional layer to form the functional layer. The distance between liquid-drops of the material in the direction in which the nozzles are arranged is larger than the distance between the liquid-drops of the material in the direction perpendicular to the nozzle arrangement direction. Accordingly, the functional layer is formed without deteriorating the speed of coating the material.
