NONHALOGEN-BASED, FLAME-RETARDANT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonhalogen-based, flame-retardant resin composition which is suitable for indoor or outdoor uses in the surface coating on textiles such as curtains and carpets or on wood and the like or for use in the spraying on tree-planting zones. SOLUTION: The composition comprises the components of an aqueous solution of ammonium phosphates(including polysalts), phosphoric esters and a resin aqueous emulsion, with the above ammonium phosphates being blended in an amount of 1 % by weight or more relative to the sum total weight of all the components and with the above phosphoric esters being blended in an amount of 4 % by weight to 100 % by weight relative to the weight of the polymer component in the above resin aqueous emulsion.
