PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the internal impedance of a storage battery mounted on a power supply. SOLUTION: The device measures the internal impedance of a storage battery 13. The device has a function for converting AC power to DC power, and a function to convert DC power to AC power. Further, the device comprises a bidirectional power conversion part 11 connected to the storage battery 13, a storage battery internal impedance measuring circuit 17 which is connected to the storage battery 13 and measures the internal impedance of the storage battery 13 by supplying AC current to the storage battery 13 when charging the storage battery 13, and an AC current component blocking circuit 15 which is provided between the bidirectional power conversion part 11 and the storage battery 13 and blocks an AC current component from flowing to the bidirectional power conversion part 11 from the storage battery 13.
