PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an over voltage when switching a transistor. SOLUTION: A transistor for control is connected between the gate and drain of a main transistor whose source is grounded, Vcc is applied to the gate of the transistor for control, and a voltage Vcc/2 is applied to the gate of the transistor for control for a specified time. The transistor for control is turned on under the control of the drain voltage of the main transistor as the source potential of the transistor for control to realize feedback control from the drain of the main transistor to the gate voltage of the main transistor.
