FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used in grain combines or stationary threshers. ^ SUBSTANCE: threshing unit has upper and lower movable endless elastic belts running on drums and equipped with protrusions on their outer surfaces. Spring-loaded rolls are positioned inside each of endless belts. Rolls with elastic rings of different diameter and width are arranged between elastic belts, with elasticity of rings exceeding that of endless belt protrusions by 2-3 times. Cutoff beater at threshing unit outlet end is made in the form of shaft with radial bristles of synthetic or artificial material rigidly fixed thereto. Grain is separated from ears without fragmentation owing to utilization of elastic material for manufacture of upper and lower endless belts and owing to various speeds of endless belts. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
