PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the compression of a PET bottle and the stripping of an exterior film from the PET bottle. SOLUTION: The recycled PET bottle is washed and dried, and then is connected to a vacuum pump or a suction type cleaner by an adapter. If air in the PET bottle is exhausted, the PET bottle is crushed by atmospheric pressure. If the PET bottle is compressed by the atmospheric pressure, the advertising exterior film spontaneously separates from the PET bottle of which the volume decreases so that the advertising exterior film can be removed easily.
