PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open and shut a valve in a valve unit. SOLUTION: The valve unit 21 has a communicating hole 81a wherein an ink is fed from an ink cartridge into a passage forming member 41. A first concave part for applying 77a communicating to the communicating hole 81a is formed in the passage forming member 41, and the body of a valve member 97a is housed in a space where a first applying member 47a is applied to the first concave part for applying 77a. The body of the first valve member 97a is energized in a direction fitting to an exit of the communicating hole 81a by a first valve energization spring 101a. Further, the first valve energization spring 101a is arranged at a position facing to the exit of the communicating hole 81a while putting a first disk part 103a fitting to the exit of the communicating hole 81a within the body of the first valve member 97a. The body of the first valve member 97a is compressed and rotated by bending of a second film member 51 caused by reduction of the ink pressure in a first pressure change chamber 107a.
