PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in LC performance with a small-size, high capacity and a low ESR. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor which packages a capacitor element where a dielectric oxide film layer, a semiconductor layer, a carbon paste layer and a dielectric layer are sequentially laminated on the surface of a valve action metal or a conductive oxide sintered body, to which an anodic lead is connected, wherein the carbon paste layer is not formed on only the surface of the sintered body, to which the anodic lead is connected, is provided.
