The ship has large size tanks (6A-6F) containing water for transporting living fish e.g. tunas. The ship is constructed on a base of a mono-hull type oil tanker. The large size tanks offer high swimming space for reconstituting an environment closer to natural environment. The tanks are joined for increasing the size of the space. The tanks have lighting system for reconstituting an artificial day and night. The tanks are joined for increasing size of the space in order to make the tunas to swim inside the ship. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of transferring living tunas trapped in a net towards tanks of a ship, in submersed manner (b) a method of transferring cargo of living tuna situated inside tanks of a ship towards a net situated outside the ship, in submersed manner.
