PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist device for signal transmission and reception and a tire air pressure drop alarming device, capable of reducing the unit cost per vehicle and managing well with a relocation. SOLUTION: The tire air pressure drop alarming device 1 is equipped with a transmitter unit 2 installed on each tire T and one receiver unit 3 to receive on the vehicle body side the signals transmitted from the transmitter units 2. The assist device 4 for signal transmission and reception is equipped with external reception units 5 installed in the neighborhood of the respective transmitter units 2 on the vehicle M side and an external transmission unit 6 installed in the neighborhood of the receiver unit 3 on the vehicle M side for transmitting thereto the signals emitted from the external reception units 5.
