FIELD: manufacture of small-diameter tubular envelopes in working stands of shaping mill. ^ SUBSTANCE: working stand of shaping mill for making tubular small-diameter envelopes includes chocks, lower and upper cantilever shafts supporting lower and upper shaped rolls; mechanism for radial motion of upper roll and adjusted stops. Shafts of stand are non-driven ones and they are mounted in housing in the form of traverse bar. Cavity of said housing is restricted by means of upper and lateral lids. Vertical slider is arranged inside cavity. Working position of slider is fixed with use of stud, sleeve and nuts on ends of slider. Lower shaft is rigidly mounted lateral lid and upper shaft is rigidly mounted in slider with possibility of vertical motion together with slider. Upper and lower rolls are rigidly mounted respectively in upper cone drum and in lower drum mounted in bearing assemblies secured to shafts. Lower roll is fixed at one side by means of drum end and at other side - by means of flange. Upper roll is mounted with possibility of manual motion and with possibility of its fixation due to adjusting outer diameter of expansion ring fit on cone drum with use of cone ring, flange and end bolt. Such working stand provides enhanced quality of products due to possibility of adjusting, axially tuning and rigidly fixing rolls with constant-size roll grooved pass between them. ^ EFFECT: lowered time period for repairing and dismounting equipment, possibilities for using dowel free joint, for visual inspection and lubrication of parts, reduced time period for tuning at changing size of products. ^ 1 dwg
