PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative metal plate which provides a metallic tone decorative sheet excellent in adhesiveness to a metal, and furthermore causes no release even when such a secondary processing as punching, bending and deep drawing is performed, and is free of flowing out and dripping down of a resin thereafter during cutting and punching processing. SOLUTION: The metallic tone decorative sheet has a constitution that a modified polyolefin resin layer which consists mainly of one or more polymers selected from a group consisting of a modified polypropylene, a modified polyethylene and a modified ethylene-propylene rubber each modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative and has a tensile stress of 25-500 MPa at 5% elongation, a metal foil layer, and a transparent film layer are provided in this order.
