The device has a terminal (2) comprising a compressed gas container (3) that stores carrier gas, and another terminal (4) i.e. quick connector terminal, comprising an aroma storage unit (5) and an outlet (6) for gaseous mixtures. The terminals are fluidly connected to the outlet through conduits (7, 8). A shutoff valve (9) is separately arranged in each conduit that is actuatable over a common switch (10). A silencer (14) is integrated in one of the conduits. A pressure reducing valve (11) is arranged for stepless or gradual reduction of flow with given steps in one of the conduits. An independent claim is also included for a process for introducing an aroma into a carrier gas stream. |
