PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature hardly sensitive member by which a user easily and effectively enjoys a temperature hardly sensitive effect keeping superior characteristics such as a light weight nature, a high-strength nature or the like. SOLUTION: A water tight pan for a bathroom as the temperature hardly sensitive member comprises a base part 5 made of a fiber-reinforced plastic(FRP), an insulating member 6 constituted as to have numerous pores 7a and 13 and integrally formed on the surface of the base part 5 and a protecting layer 9 integrally formed on the surface of the insulating part 6.
