PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dust-generating grease composition, obtained at a low production cost, without containing a metal component and having a lower rolling resistance. SOLUTION: This grease composition for a directly moving guiding device, containing base oil and a thickening agent is provided by having≥50 mass% ratio occupied by an ester oil in the base oil, containing≥20 mass% thickening agent containing a compound having an aliphatic hydrocarbon terminal group and without containing a metal, and having 220-300 degree of mixture thickness.
