PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost heat sink which is cooled naturally by improving natural convection heat transfer characteristic in the periphery, air flowing characteristic, and heat characteristic efficiency of the setting attitude. SOLUTION: A base plate 2 which is formed by thermally connecting one surface thereof to a heat generating body 1, and a first flowing path 51 and a second flowing path 61 forming a flowing path of air in different directions on the other surface where the heat generating body 1 of base plate 2 is not connected, are provided.
