PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processor capable of facilitating the grouping and the list display of video/audio data recorded in an unorganized state. SOLUTION: A plurality of candidates for a grouping time are displayed on the screen of a monitor 117. One grouping time to be used is selected by a time interval setting means 106. A preparation time for each of the recorded video/audio data is acquired by a media access control means 109.
