PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supplying device which is efficient and inexpensive with simple circuits and capable of adjusting an output voltage. SOLUTION: The power supplying device 3 includes: an output transformer 3 for generating first intermediate voltages V<SB>o11</SB>, V<SB>o21</SB>from an input voltage V<SB>in</SB>; a voltage adjusting transformer 34; a first rectifying-and-filtering circuit 32 for generating a first output voltage V<SB>o1</SB>from the first intermediate voltage V<SB>o11</SB>obtained from the first output coil 312; the primary coil 341 connected in parallel to the first output coil 312; the secondary coil 342 connected in series to the second output coil 313 and coupled to the primary coil 341 for generating a second intermediate voltage V<SB>o22</SB>from the first intermediate voltage V<SB>o11</SB>; and a second rectifying-and-filtering circuit 33 for generating a second output voltage V<SB>o2</SB>from a combined voltage combining the second intermediate voltage V<SB>o22</SB>obtained from the secondary coil 342 with the first intermediate voltage V<SB>o21</SB>obtained from the second output coil 313.
