FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition contains polyurethane fluoropolymers obtained by reacting polyisocyanate with urethane diol, and additives. Urethane diol is a product of reacting a cyclic carbonate and a compound which contains an amino group and an additional group selected from amino groups and hydroxy groups.
