A start-of-transmission packet <i>BTFTPWriteRequest</i> and a set of data packets <i>BTFTPData</i> are sent to the receiver. All packets have headers of identical format, comprising a file identifier <i>TID</i>, an operative code identifying the nature of the packet <i>OPCODE</i>, the serial number of the packet <i>BlockNumber</i>, a field <i>LastPacketFlag</i> showing that the packet is the last in the current transmission, and others. In the start-of-transmission packet, the number of data packets is shown together with a sequential list of fields containing a description of the data. The successive data packets comprise, beside the common header, a sequential list of fields containing a description of the data, and a field containing a portion of the data. |
