PURPOSE: A grip belt structure for a chip ceramic electronic part which has improved support force is provided to reduce the loss factor of components by inserting the components into home position due to the support force of a belt. CONSTITUTION: A grip belt structure for a chip ceramic electronic part which has improved support force comprises a grip belt(10), and a damping plate(20). The grip belt is made of metal materials. The grip belt is formed in a shape of a thin plate. Holes(11) are formed on the surface of the grip belt in a rectangular shape. The damping plate covers the hole on the surface of the grip belt. The damping plate comprises an insertion part in which an inserting hole(21) for electronic components is formed. The damping plate is made of the rubber materials.
