An agent for combatting animals especially mice and birds for the protection of seeds and plants consists of gamma- or omega -amino-alpha, alpha-diphenyl-alkanoamides of formula (where R' and R2 = H or 1-4C alkyl, R3 and R4 = 1-4C alkyl or 3-4C alkenyl or NR3R4 = a satd. heterocyclic amino group with 5-7 ring members and is not >10C atoms, n = 2 or 3). A pref. cpd. is gamma-(2-Me-1-pyrrolidinyl)-alpha, alpha-diPh-butyramide. |
