摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a research information management system capable of managing research results with high reliability in clinical research and medical science research.SOLUTION: A research information management system for managing information on research of a medical science system includes means for generating an optically readable code including information for specifying at least a subject or a patient and an examination name prior to an examination in need of consent of the subject or the patient to printout a document that includes the code and should be entered by the subject or the patient, and means for imaging the document that has been entered by the subject or the patient to store the information retrieved from the code as tag information with the imaged document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
